Ingredients:
1 cup Mexican Cauliflower Rice
1/2 cup Mexican Shredded Beef
1/4 cup Keto Guacamole
1/4 cup Pico de Gallo
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
Directions:
Arrange all of the ingredients in a shallow bowl and taste for seasoning.
Add salt and pepper or hot sauce, if desired.
