Thai Style Keto Fried Rice

Ingredients:

17.64 oz Cooked Cauliflower Rice
8.82 oz Pork Mince (Ground Pork)
1.06 oz Thai green curry paste
1 Spring Onion
6.76 floz Coconut Milk
Salt to Taste
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions:

Heat the coconut oil in a work and add the curry paste and fry till fragrant.

Add in the pork, season with salt and fry for 2 minutes.

Add in the spring onion white and middle and cook for 30 seconds before adding in the coconut milk.

Simmer for 2 minutes and taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.

Add in the cauliflower rice and cook till everything is well incorporated and the coconut milk has soaked into the rice.

Once done garnish with the spring onion greens
