Low Carb Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup butter
1 cup almond milk
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
water about 1/4 cup to thin sauce. Use as much or as little as you want for the consistency you want.
Directions:
In a saucepan on medium-low, melt butter and cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
Add milk and cheese and whisk until smooth. Whisk in water if needed.
