Low Carb Blue Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:

1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbs blue cheese crumbles
black pepper, optional

Directions:

Add cream and cheese to a saucepan and heat over a low-medium heat until the cheese starts to melt.

Continue cooking until the sauce is bubbling and starting to thicken. Season with black pepper if desired.

Serve immediately.
