Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Sea salt (to taste)
1/8 tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Directions:

n a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until emulsified.

Adjust salt and pepper to taste if needed.

Use immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week. Shake or whisk well again before serving.
