Sugar-Free Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 cup Lemon juice
3/4 cup Powdered Monk Fruit Blend (or more to taste)
3 1/2 cups Water (divided into 1 cup and 2 1/2 cups)
Ice (for serving)

Directions:

In a small saucepan, combine the sweetener and 1 cup water and bring to a simmer. Stir until dissolved, then remove from heat.

Combine the sweetened water mixture (simple syrup), lemon juice, and remaining cold water in a pitcher. Taste and adjust sweetener as needed. You could also add more water or lemon juice to taste.

Pour over ice to serve. Garnish with fresh lemon if desired.
