Matcha Green Tea Frappe

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for nut-free)
2 tbsp Heavy cream
1/2 tbsp Matcha Green Tea
1 cup Ice
1 tbsp Powdered erythritol (or any liquid or powdered sweetener, optional)
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract (optional)
Whipped cream (optional, for topping – use homemade without sugar)

Directions:

Combine everything except whipped cream in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached.

If desired, adjust sweetener or matcha to taste.

Pour into a glass or jar. Top with whipped cream.
