Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup keto milk
1 scoop keto protein powder vanilla
2 tablespoons swerve or lakanto
1 cup strawberries
1 cup keto Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds optional
1-2 leaves fresh mint optional

Directions:

Toss all ingredients in blender (in the order listed above to minimize jamming) and blend away.

Top with chia seeds (2 tablespoons), hemp seeds, or whatever you’d like. Enjoy!
