Bulletproof Peppermint Mocha

Ingredients:

½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp classic monk fruit sweetener
1 ½ cup brewed very strong hot coffee
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp protein powder
1 tbs butter
½ tsp peppermint extract

Directions:

To a small pot over medium heat, simmer heavy cream until bubbling.

To a blender, add all ingredients and pulse until well-combined. Enjoy!
