Keto Chinese Asparagus Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1/4 onion, diced
16 spears of asparagus, chopped
1 chicken breast, diced
1/4 cup (60 ml) avocado oil, to cook with
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) gluten-free tamari sauce or coconut aminos
1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil

Directions:

Add avocado oil to a hot frying pan or wok.

Add the diced onion and cook until it turns translucent.

Add in the diced chicken and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked. Set aside.

Then add the asparagus into the frying pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes on high heat.

Add the chicken back in, season with tamari sauce and sesame oil.

Enjoy with cauliflower rice.
