Beef And Broccoli – Low Carb

Ingredients:

1 pound top sirloin steak (thinly sliced)
3 cups broccoli (cut into florets)
2 green onions (sliced)
1/2 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
2 garlic cloves (minced)
2 tablespoons fresh ginger (minced)
1/2 cup beef stock
2 tablespoons coconut oil
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Melt coconut oil in a skillet over high heat.

Brown the thinly sliced beef 1 to 2 minutes per side and set aside.

Lower heat to medium-low and add the garlic, ginger, and stir until fragrant 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the broccoli, beef stock, and cook until broccoli is soft, 4 to 5 minutes.

Add the green onions, and bring the beef back to the pan.

Pour in the coconut aminos and season to taste.

Toss everything and cook another 4 to 5 minutes, or until everything is cooked through.
