Mustard Cocktail Sausages

Ingredients:

14 oz cocktail sausages approx 40
3 tbs wholegrain mustard
1 tbs low carb sweetener

Directions:

Lightly spray a small slow cooker with non-stick spray.

Add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker, and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or low for 4-5 hours. Stir half way through cooking time.

Use a slotted spoon to remove the sausages and place them in a serving dish.

Servings: 6 sausages per serving
