Keto Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons cream cheese room temperature
1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
2 large low carb flour tortillas
¼ cup shredded cheddar

Directions:

Add the chicken, wing sauce, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning to a bowl and mash the mixture together with a fork until well combined. Taste and add cayenne pepper for more spice, if desired.

Divide the mixture evenly between 2 tortillas and spread to the edges.

Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over each tortilla and roll up tightly.

Use a sharp knife to trim the edges of the tortilla off and then slice each tortilla into 5 pieces.

Arrange the pinwheels in an air fryer basket that’s been spritzed with oil spray or lined with parchment in an even layer. Cook at 370 degrees for 5 minutes or until as crispy as you’d like.

Serve immediately.
